REFUND POLICY

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days after the date you received it on Grow It We Mow It's Merchandise Only.(No Refunds On Chicken Shine Products) Here's how to check to see if your order qualifies for a return or exchange:

1. We shipped you an incorrect selection of designs, size, or color 
2. The item or items must be unworn and unwashed. If it has been worn, the tag is removed, it will not qualify for a return.3. We will not accept items that have stains, pet hair, odors, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc
4. All clearance items are not eligible for returns

RETURNS

Once we have determined the item is eligible for return, we will send you a return label. The total amount of the refund will be minus the shipping fee and the return label fee. The exact price of the return label is based on the item's weight and your ship-from location.  Please allow us up to 5-7 business days from when we receive the return to review your items and issue the refund.

EXCHANGES

Please provide the item name, color, and size that you would like to exchange for your original order.  We will email you a new invoice to pay the shipping fee of the new item, the return label of the original item, and the price difference (if there happens to be any).   Give us 5-7 business days, then you'll get the new tracking number once the exchange has shipped.  Please note:  Your exchange order will only be processed once the invoice has been paid.
